After a quick call with the head-honcho (Steve), he wanted to put together a quick recruitment that appealed to type of candidates he was looking for.
The brief was to also ensure that the design and messaging of the campaign sat closely aligned with his brand. After a couple of rare video calls (we normally do our meetings out of the office and ideally, down at the beach!), I created a big old poster for his shop windows and a carousel advert on his social channels to attract the candidates.
The end result? Retro style illustrations along with some slick typography and muted colour palettes that hits the sweet spot.
